Shipping Information
All merchandise is delivered via USPS or UPS and is shipped within one week of order confirmation, provided the item is not backordered. Backordered items will be shipped as items become available.

Large format paintings require specialized shipping. If you are purchasing a painting that is larger than 24 x 24 inches, we will contact you to discuss the shipping rates that are available.

Warranties, Repairs & Returns
Returns for bags and small format (8" X 10") paintings will be accepted within 10 days from delivery date. Please email info@jemmamorris.com prior to returning your handbag and let us know why you are returning the product.

All large and medium format paintings are final sale.

Please ship the product with delivery confirmation and insurance. Shipping cost is your responsibility. Once a returned bag is received and determined to be in good condition, we will refund the final sale amount less the original shipping cost.
